ROC Rhapsody and EasySpooler disaster recovery and upgrades

Austin, Texas – June 14, 2005 – ROC Software is pleased to announce that customers of its Rhapsody and EasySpooler output management solutions may now download product upgrades from the SupportPlus area of its Website.

In addition, SupportPlus allows existing customers to obtain temporary license codes for emergency installation on alternative hardware in the event of catastrophic failure of their primary systems.

Customers can login to SupportPlus here and then access the Downloads or Disaster Recovery sections from the menu on the left side of the page. Former Seay Systems customers can use their EasySpooler Support Central user name and password to access SupportPlus.
