SupportPlus is our web based Support portal. It is free to users that have a current ROC Software Support contract. You can download the latest software as soon as it is released. There is a New Features section that shows fixes and enhancements of products by version. A knowledge base and Product FAQ section allow you to find answers to common questions. The Disaster Recovery page allows you to instantly retrieve a temporary key in the event of a disaster or for the need to test your Disaster Recovery scenario. Product Manuals and highly useful Technical Notes can be found using SupportPlus. Another useful item is Tech Alerts. You can view any current Tech Alerts and also sign up to be on the Tech Alert email list. In the event that ROC product users need to be informed of something very important, we will send an alert of the situation. A compatibility chart is also available to verify the current version of our software will work in your ever changing environment.
